REACTION: IAM RoadSmart concerned by increase in motoring offences across Northern Ireland

IAM RoadSmart Safety Manager for Northern Ireland, Bruce Steele said: "Motoring offence detections have increased by 5% over the past year, with over 38,000 offences recorded across Northern Ireland. The continued prevalence of insurance, careless driving and speeding offences, coupled with a 48% rise in construction and use offences, shows there is still significant work to do to improve driver behaviour and road safety."
